Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your responsilities would cover following areas of company IT operations: User Support, User Training, Data Quality Business Process Management and Strategy Planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and deploy feedback mechanisms for end users. Analyze results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and implement changes.
- Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent repeated future problems.
- Provide support for the testing of new and existing versions of CRM Application.
- Field incoming incident and problem tickets from end users to resolve CRM application issues within servers, databases, and other mission-critical infrastructure components.
- Prioritize, schedule, and administer all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are required.
- Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
- Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved, up-date and maintain knowledge base and known error DBs.
- Coordinate with department heads to assess departmental application training needs and objectives.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

- at least 2 years of work experience.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
- Broad knowledge of data manipulation techniques, including Oracle and/or MS SQL DB knowledge.
- Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures.
- Experience with building and maintaining databases for query and problem tracking.
- Highly self motivated and directed.
- Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a very dynamic environment.
- Very strong customer service orientation.
- Good written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills.
