Job responsibilities:
• Responsible for an every day agenda of CEO including travel arrangement
• Be the liaison point between the CEO and other staff, to answer questions and resolve or refer concerns
• Organize Board meetings and manage staff schedule
• Ensure all relevant documentation for meetings, correspondence and travel expenses
• Take minutes of meetings accurately
• Follow up with staff so that they take proper care of the actions plans that has been assigned to them by the CEO
• Assist Marketing in organization of NATEK 10th year anniversary over all NATEK branches in CEE.
• Keep CEO informed on up-to-date local news/political changes

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in Creative Writing and Editing, Finance, or Business Operations
• Two to five years of related job experience
• Takes initiative and can work with little direction in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coordinate work smoothly and multi-task with other teams and departments
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
• Clear, confident and succinct oral and written communication skills
• Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job
• Has a long term career view and is looking for a stable position in a growth company with opportunity for skilled people
• Respects that confidentiality is required in this position
• French fluent, Polish is a plus
• Excellent presentation and writing skill
• Word, Excel, Powerpoint
