NATEK supports international business leaders in the optimization of their IT sourcing plans in Central and Eastern Europe. In order to prove NATEK's position of leading provider of outsourcing services in the region and to follow its mission, NATEK consists of individuals who will work hard to contribute to company's rapidly growing success.

Currently, we are looking for a recruit experienced Specialist to strengthen our Recruitment team based in Bratislava. RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Sourcing Candidates from external and internal databases
– Being a “head hunter “on LinkedIn
– Executing full recruitment process
– Creating new innovative recruitment strategies and solutions
– Preparing reports and summaries
