JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for Service/Control Desk Specialist. Do you speak good English and would you like to use it on everyday basis? Are you comfortable with computers in general? Are you an individual who likes to support and help other people? Do you have experience with administration (Windows environment)?

Service Desk Specialist’s activities include monitoring of remote information systems, analysis of problematic situations and problems solution. The operators must have basic knowledge of systems administration on the platform MS Windows. They survey and monitor system errors, application errors, hardware issues. Most of the incidents come through the System operations, they process dispatch and follow up the problem and changes.

RESPONISIBILITIES:
- Monitoring, controlling and operating complex computer systems, networks, applications and/or distributed systems in a multi vendor environment
- Analyzing first level problems for all systems (according to the service agreements), resolving and routing as appropriate, supporting the Systems Management Processes specific to their customer requirements
- Alert Management
- Ticket and change management
- Problem determination and dispatching
- 1st level administration on all competencies - administration, hardware and applications
- Production Control (Batch and job control management)
- Escalation initiating and tracking
- Alerting control via reports

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Administration skills (Windows enviroment)
- Good spoken and written knowledge of English
- Good user-level PC skills (MS Office)
