Job description, responsibilities and duties
Under the overall guidance of Internal Audit and Reporting Specialist, perform the following duties of Internal Audit and Reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting :
- Keep and maintain quality of information logged in NATEK internal tools namely: NSFS (M-Files), Expenses tool
- Prepare regular monthly report on accruals and assure its compliance with related reports such as turnover, US table etc
- Prepare regular monthly invoice issue report
- Prepare regular monthly turnover report
- Prepare regular monthly expenses report
- Prepare other regular monthly reports
- Prepare and assure integrity of data in NSFS for the regular monthly reports on financial figures
- Participate on preparation of regular monthly reports on financial figures
- Participate on quarterly closings
- Participate on annual financial closings

University education (Bachelor's degree)

- Minimum 3 years of university studies in economic science or accounting or finance
- Excellent at analyzing and calculating numbers and complex figures.
- Ability to consolidate, compare and decipher quantitative data quickly and accurately, make conclusions and recommend solutions.
- Capacity to work in teams, and communicate with higher management
- English capability in speaking, reading and writing is on the level C1
- Microsoft Excel skills is on proficient level
- Excellent at analyzing and calculating numbers and complex figures.
