Job description, responsibilities and duties

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently searching for motivated candidates to extend Bratislava's team. All teams within Europe support Scandinavian customer to migrate hundreds client sites (scheduling multiple migrations). We are offering challenging project for candidates who are approaching challenges, willing to travel and capable to lead presentations in front of different management levels.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the successful technical part of Transition & Transformation program (new client on-boarding and transfer of the signed-off services)
- Design and implement technical solutions based on contractual requirements defined by client
- Supporting Program and Project managers in developing each project's scope of work, estimates, schedule, dependency and risk assessment/management plan, etc
- Applies advanced subject matter expert (SME) knowledge to manage technical activities in solving common and complex technical issues
- Provide technical qualification consulting to peers and participates in cross-functional initiatives
- Responsible for the end-to-end technical design (High & Low levels) of the outsourcing solution (design, setup, deploy and fine-tune) – each client site is unique
- Produce and adapt BOMs (Bill of materials orders - HW)
- Delivery of high-quality documents and working instructions for operation inc. MTP (Move to Production)
- Senior tech. experiences mostly in LAN (Routing & Switching), Firewalls (Fortigate) and WAN (BGP/OSPF)
- H&E remote coordination, physical presence to rack/plug/cable devices or perform site survey at the client site (Traveling)
- Upon the needs to participate on client meetings, internal workshop or other discussions
- Ensures solution components align with standards and best practices
- Preferred certification CCIE (or very experienced CCNP especially in routing/switching)
- Provide technical advisory/consulting to other team members involved in the project

- Experience in an international environment is an advantage
