Finance Analyst (II)

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

Provide the whole accountancy agenda for a separate business unit within the company including reporting, analyses of P/L and clearing intercompany imbalances.

• Maintain the whole accountancy agenda for LOB´s HSR and PCR + posting in SUN system.

• AP subledger maintenance.

• Travel expenses reimbursements inc. AMEX Cards.

• Secure approvals and billable cost reinvoicing.

• Accruals on monthly basis.

• Monitor costs and revenues for HSR and PCR as backup for cost+ charge invoicing in xls.

• Issue monthly management invoices.

• Intercompany reconciliation in Assurenet system.

• Internal followups to determinate imbalances.

• Meal vouchers maintenance.

• Perform backup for payroll.

• Provide background information for statutory / internal audits.
