Job description, responsibilities and duties
Neo Cocoon is a growing belgian family owned business that operates as designer and manufacturer of high quality living furniture. Our strength is to develop custom made products at affordable prices. For our own Czech production plant near to Zdar nad Sazavou, we are looking for a PRODUCTION MANAGER who will manage the growth ambitions of the company and will be responsible for :
- Continuous improvement of production output and quality. Developping propositions in order to optimize and automate the production process + implementation after consultation with the management of Neo Cocoon
- Daily organization and optimization of the complete production flow, starting from the preparatory work ( technical drawings in the office ) untill the packaging and loading.
- Coaching and managing all cooperaters ( 40 people at this moment ) who are involved in the production ( production workers, technical office employees and production responsibles ).
- Work out and execution of the production planning. Recruit and motivate the workforce : make selections and evaluations of the provided performances
- Analysis and reporting of production output and quality.
- Report on a weekly basis to the manager of Neo Cocoon

A no-nonsense teamplayer. Big interest in optimization of production processes, internal logistics and quality.
