Brand Manager - Kaštany, Delisa, Kofila

MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS JOB
This exciting Marketing position is fully responsible for specific brand portfolio in Confectionery stream and its business development in Czech and Slovak market. The succesful candidate will have an opportunity to develop new products and digital communication campaigns.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of long term brand and business strategy
Innovation development incl. market analysis, market opportunities, concept, product & packaging design, business case
Designing, briefing and developing communication campaigns (BTL, digital) in close cooperation with communication/media agencies
Market trends monitoring with focus on analysing consumer behaviour, competition and product performance, in order to identify new opportunities and consumer needs
Close monitoring of business performance and development of short term actions in order to improve business results in close collaboration with Trade Marketing and Sales
P&L management for assigned portfolio.

YOUR PROFILE:
University degree and/or relevant work experience in FMCG
Creative, proactive and energetic personality with strong drive and result orientation
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and build strategies based on these outcomes
Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills
Interest in latest marketing trends (e.g. digital)
Fluent English and driving licence
