Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti
• Ensure that customer satisfaction level in above 90% (CSAT).
• Participate on 24/7 support shift rotation.
• Actively participate on servers maintenance controlled by ITGI group.
• Monitor / ensure that backups occur on schedule.
• Provide feedback to ITGI group helping to meet the global standards in wired and wireless networks implementation and service levels.
• Actively act as local resource to identify and fix IT related issues in the field (ITGI, ITTS, ITGSS).
• Troubleshoot our corporate technology stack, including personal computers, mobile devices, network, and various corporate applications.
• Prepare, configure and orient new NetSuite employees on computing, telecom, mobile and office technology.
• Create and make changes to accounts in the Active Directory, email and internal business applications.
• Maintain printers and other shared office hardware.
• Maintain, implement and help to enforce corporate hardware, software and security policies.
• Maintain and keep accountability for onsite equipment.
• Participate in and support new Corporate IT Initiatives.
• Assist Infrastructure and Technology Solutions teams in determining business requirements, working on projects, and implementing and maintaining solutions.

• Graduate of any IT related 4–year course such as BS Information Technology or Computer Application.
• At least 3 years experience in a BPO/Call Center/IT environment rendering corporate technology support.
• Experience in working in a multinational, culturally and geographically diverse organization.
• Experienced in handling Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems.
• Experienced in handling various types of mobile devices such as but not limited to Blackberry, iOS, windows and Android.
• Strong experience in information technology, network administration, software and pc hardware administration and telecommunications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, HTTP/S, SSH and DHCP.
• Strong knowledge of operating system concepts, services, and security requirements for enterprise users.
• Outstanding customer service and rapport building skills.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi–task, prioritizing multiple objectives and initiatives.
• Team player.
