Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Member of team for report services

• Manages report delivery & maintenance activities for supported countries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, removing show stoppers when required

• Monitors schedule adherence and quality performance on set list of client deliverables and takes corrective action when required

• Identifies opportunities to stabilise, simplify and improve deliverables

• Maintains successful and positive partnerships between country touch points

• Ensures customer requirements are communicated, understood, achievable and sustainable

• First point of escalation for commercial team, resolving report issues in a client focussed and timely manner

• Implements best practice identified by other Report Center teams

• Creates training material / accreditations for the new team members

• Manages / participates in pilot projects to deliver quality or efficiency improvements

• Identifies opportunities for efficiency improvements

• Perfect Czech and communicative English

• Proven organisational skills and the ability to work within a cross-functional team with wide ranging skills across multiple geographies

• Solutions and decision making minded

• Ability to communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders

• Computer versed with working knowledge of MS Office software, and broad understanding of leading edge technology and its applications

• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to quality, providing the highest quality products and services that meet the needs and requirements of internal and external clients

• Ability to effectively and efficiently co-ordinate time and task demands

• High level of energy and motivation
