Sales Performance Manager
based in Prague / Czech Republicto manage the wholesale and retail sales, marketing and distribution activities, acting as liaison with dealers, network management and the corporate office.
Your mission
- Set sales targets/mix and monitor achievement
- Coordinate forecasting process and market feedback from the Sales Team
- Monitor dealership adherence with policies and procedures and participation in sales, marketing, advertising and distribution programs
- Put together action plan with the dealers, to maximize their business
- Identify low performing dealers and support them improving their performance
- Deploy the commercial strategy in the dealer network
- Provide feedback from the competitors‘ commercial activities in his territory
- Report about sales related dealer activities and Polish market evolution
- Monitor and report (to distribution) stock level
- Ensure compliance with central standards (volume, age, model mix)
- Develop and implement countermeasures to keep dealer stock level
- Assist the Country Director in the day to day business
- Coordinate with the Sales Team in order to secure the sales achievements
- Analyze on zone performance and key issues and propose countermeasures
- Coordinate the deployment of actions / countermeasures in the field
- 5-7 years professional experience in automotive industry, preferably in Sales field
- Strong knowledge of the Sales business with ability to influence decisions and overcome objections
- BSc or MSc degree (technical/business)
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Previous wholesale automotive supervisory/management experience in such positions as Sales Zone Manager, Fleet Zone Manager, Aftersales Zone Manager is preferred
- Native/fluent Czech and very good English
- Determined, flexible, open-minded personality
