Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
IT Technical Support is performing first line tasks as; stopping and starting systems/deamons, execute tasks according runbooks and monitoring the health status of systems/networks/applications.
Responsibilities:
* Monitors the health status of systems, networks and applications and responds according predefined guidelines and/or procedures.
* Analyzes problems and incidents on 1st level of support (regional IT)
* Create trouble tickets in time and assign them to relevant engineers.
* Daily check of backups, etc.
What does it take to become IT Technical Support?
* Language skills: English (C1 - advanced);
* Knowledge of either Windows, Linux, Networking, Middleware, VMWare
* Experience 0- 2 years
