To support management in establishing adequate operational risk management structure and process within line with Group Policies and Guidelines as well as local legislation.

What do we expect from you?
• Support management in identifying, measuring, monitoring, and mitigating the operational risk across all departments/divisions CR/SR
• Support management in implementation of all relevat Solvency II governance elements and processes
* Coordination of Non-Financial Risk Committee (NFRC) Agenda preparation
* Track action points from NFRC
* Prepare analysis, reports and other information based on management requirements
* Facilitate and support Risk&Control Self Assessment process
* Analysis and implementation of requirements initiated by NN Group
* Coordination of requirements coming from ORSA ( Own Risk and Solvency Assessment) process
* Coordinate incident tracking, reporting and response
* Implement back testing from incidents
* Analyze incident and implement underreporting review and Lessons Learned
* Participation on projects
* Grow risk awareness across all departments/ divisions CR/SR
* Ad hoc requirements from management
