Help our teams on Customer Care / Customer Service Line with the workload from the start of Black Friday until the end of Christmas.

What is going to be part of your workload?

· You are going to grant ourRomanian speaking customers‘wishes and support andanswer their needs via phone, email or chatas well as providing them with information regarding their orders

· Also, you are going to register orders made by phone, continuously watch their condition and do everything possible for their smooth delivery and customer’s smile

What do we want you to acquire?

· Proficient knowledge(minimum B2 level) of Romanian languageregarding both writing and speaking skills as you are going to deal with Romanian speakers

· Bothkind and friendly attitudeas well as professional performance towards others

· Willingness towork at least 20h/week.Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 – you can choose shifts that suit you within this timeframe.

· As we are a Czech-based company, this position is only open to candidates who are currently living in the Czech Republic or Slovakia.

For full remote work with us, you must have:

• Your own laptop with Windows 10 or newer
• Functional and regularly updated antivirus
• Stable internet (min. 10/10 Mbit)
• Screen at least 14.1" with Full HD resolution
