Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- To prepare the strategy and support the clinical development, the launch and the commercialization of drug products to consolidate Novartis’s market position by providing key strategic and medical information of compounds and indications and to collaborate closely with other departments and external stakeholders in the field.
- To build awareness around the Novartis pipeline and to support Product Solutions which are aligned with compound or brand strategy by exchanging scientific information and supporting clinical trials and projects.
- To contribute to international studies through Medical input for Clinical Development Plans, study protocols, choice of study centers, feasibility, commitment of recruiting measurements
- To develop and lead Disease Area Franchise Patient Strategy programs, build advocacy & strategic partnerships to differentiate and maximize the potential of Oncology therapies across all areas of the life-cycle and act as the voice of patients within the company
- To support the operational process of building internal and external relationships to enhance the perception of Novartis Oncology among stakeholders of our commitment to improve patient outcomes, our patient-centric approach to disease area strategy development and market access
- To support strategies aimed at ensuring optimal patient access to Novartis pipelines

- Strong customer orientation, orientation on results, clear thinking, leadership and communication skills and strong capability cross functional collaboration
- flexibility and ability to work independently
driving license group “B”
