Job description, responsibilities and duties

  1. Active participation in the creation and implementation of sales and business development strategies focused primarily on the defence and security sector, as well as industrial and civil applications.

  2. Identifying and approaching new customers and partners – defence agencies, armed forces, system integrators, and technology suppliers – to establish and develop long-term business relationships.

  3. Attending and leading business meetings, conducting presentations and negotiations, preparing commercial offers and contract proposals.

  4. Driving sales growth through the promotion and sales of mobile robotic platforms and technological solutions developed by Novo, tailored to the specific needs of customers across defence, industrial, and civil markets.

  5. Representing the company at domestic and international trade fairs, exhibitions, and professional events in the field of defence, security, and technology.

  6. Monitoring market trends, innovations, and competitors in the fields of defence, automation, and robotics; providing feedback and insights to the product development and R&D teams.

  7. Close cooperation with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and project management) to adapt products and solutions to customer requirements.

  8. Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with customers and distributors while being accountable for achieving sales targets and KPIs.
