Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Senior Software Developer provides software solutions for one or more of the following areas, Probe/Test Control SW, Test Data Collection & Processing and Yield Analytical Tools.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement new software (C#, Java) and actively propose changes to enhance existing systems
* Contribute to improvement of current Software Development process, maintain and monitor software code quality
* Maintain existing codebase, design and implement change requests and bug fixes
* Perform unit, performance and integration testing, version control, issue tracking, code review
* Create technical design documents, developer documentation
* Communication with internal manufacturing, gathering of requirements
* Participation on IT projects as a team member

* Advanced practical knowledge (5+ years’ experience) of either C#, Java or both is required
- C# and .NET framework, thick client development (Windows Forms, SOAP, Networking)
and/or
- Java, J2EE and web technologies (Spring, HTTP, Servlet, HTML/XML, JSP, SOAP/REST)
* Good knowledge of object oriented programming and design
* Knowledge of developing multi-threaded and low-level SW is an advantage
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes is an advantage
* Logical thinking and algorithmization skills
* Analytical and communication skills
* Result-oriented
* Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
* Willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment
