Junior Sales Engineer

As a junior sales engineer you are going to look actively for new customers. You will visit (existing) customers with a Senior Sales Engineer and you will find a suitable solution for the customer. After that you will make presentations of these solutions for the customer. You are proficient in the CRM package and Autocad. You are able to write down offers, calculations, layout drawings and order confirmations independently. You will work closely with the project manager. You are also actively involved in marketing and will write pieces for newsletters and brochures. You are also able to maintain good contact with your assigned international dealers.

Through the internal training program there is an ability to grow to International Sales Manager.

For our client - fast growing international company in Holland, in the field of mechanization and automation - we are looking for a suitable candidate for a position JUNIOR SALES ENGINEER. Company is global in material handling and is specialized in production, selling, installation and maintenance of the machines used for mechanization of the companies. Engineer will work for hatchery automation field, which is one of the business units within the company. It specializes in the mechanization of the production in hatcheries for poultry.
The company’s hatchery automation projects include the automation of complex logistics business, with quality stainless steel machines. In the design of these, next to the productivity and efficiency of the production process, there is paid special attention to hygiene, animal welfare and working conditions of the operating personnel.
