Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for QUALITY ENGINEER of turbochargers for our client – automotive company with a plant in Holland
Job duties:
- Responsibility for the quality process in turbochargers production for various projects
- To ensure that turbochargers are manufactured according the
company’s and customer’s standards
- To approve/validate new internal and supplier manufacturing processes of all the phases of a turbo (development or/and production)
- Providing internal and external audits on projects and development phase (process audit, process sign off)
- Providing preventive actions regarding the product (including cleanliness audit)
- Approving and validating customer and supplier 8D reports, monitoring supplier performance, customer PPM and create, update and implement quality procedures/ instructions

Personality requirements and skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master degree in a technical related field
- Fluent English and German written and spoken
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive sector
- 2-3 years’ experience in Quality sector
- Experience with ISO/TS 16949 knowledge is necessary
- Having wide knowledge of quality tools and methods
- Flexibility, analytic and customer & service orientation are a part of your competences.
- Regular travel to customers and suppliers will be required
- Bachelor or master degree in a technical related field
