We are searching for a suitable candidate on behalf of our client, company based in Poland. The vacant position is a Call Center Team Leader. The main area of interest is a product similar to FOREX market (binary option as an alternative to FOREX).

You will be responsible for opening of a new branch in Prague. It is a completely new exciting project and a great chance for you to contribute.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Czech - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing the sales team (at least 10 people)
- Strong understanding of Forex, financial, insurance branch etc. is essential
- Long-time experience in B2C sales or SME
- Very good English is a must
- Goal-oriented individual with superior communication skills
- Strong commitment to entrusted activities, ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- A high level of motivation
