Job description, responsibilities and duties
The new team member will be responsible for assisting and helping travelers in difficult situations worldwide. Main tasks are daily contacts with the clients, hospitals or airline companies.
Since the company provides services to different customers 24/7, you must be willing to work on shifts. However the first month, during the initial training, the working hours are from 9 AM till 4:30 PM.
