Process Development Engineer - Industrialisation (m/f)

Your Opportunity: You are responsible for optimizing existing production processes and validating new technologies with respect to ease of integration into Optotune’s production lines. You accompany the transfer of these process modifications from engineering to production.
Your main responsibilities:
• Evaluation and development of new production processes in particular high volume manual and semi-automated assembly processes and equipment
• Design, qualify and install new and improved production and test equipment
• Initiation and execution of yield improvement projects
• Planning and implementation of capacity improvement and cost reduction projects
• Process documentation and training of production workers
• Support DFMEA, PFMEA, DoE
• Support equipment releases into production (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Technical documentation
