Senior Manager (f/m) Global Production Planning

Your area of responsibility
  • Professional supervision of assigned production controllers
  • Cooperation with national organisations and the Operating Manager in the definition, development, operation and optimisation of production control processes and their KPIs, including support in defining the frozen zone
  • Instruction and training in production controlling
  • (Sub-)Project leadership in the areas of production controlling, particularly the roll-out of VMI production
  • Development and operation of SCM performance management systems in production
  • Attendance at congresses, contact to industry experts, transfer of innovations
  • Requirements management and tool selection for factory planning and production control
What we look for
  • Degree in economics or engineering in the areas of engineering management, business informatics or logistics
  • Relevant professional experience in project management and SCM processes
  • Sound knowledge of production planning and control systems (e.g. SAP ERP, SAP APO)
  • Fluent in English and German in spoken and written form, other languages desirable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Outstanding analytical skills and a great understanding of processes
  • Structured approach to work
  • Strongly implementation-oriented and assertive
  • Outstanding communication skills and capacity for teamwork
