For our Client – Vileda Professiona – an international company which is active globally in a broad variety of businesses, incl. Seals & Vibration Control, Nonwovens, Chemical Specialities and Home and Cleaning Solutions, we are looking for a candidate on position
Area Sales Manager Czech Rep.

Location: Czech Republic
Reports to: Sales Manager Central Europe
Supervises: None
Cooperates with: All functions in the Vileda Professional Central Europe
Job description:
Sales:
- Responsible of the sales development and the Gross Profit improvement in Czech Rep.;
- Responsible for creation and implementation of Commercial policy (conditions, payment terms, etc) for Czech Rep. in agreement with the Sales Manager CE;
- Responsible for Distributors in Czech Rep.;
- Implements the End-user approach in his own Distributors and supervises the implementation in his subordinates;
- Responsible for collection of Receivables in Czech Rep.;
- Prepares the LB, OP sales figures in Czech Rep. every year;
- User of CRM 2 (FAME);
Marketing:
- Collects competition information and informs Marketing of VP CE;
- Prepares and leads marketing projects on local market within given budget (exhibition, leaflets, promotions, etc.);
Requirements:
- Few years of experience on similar position – as Sales Manager or Account Manager;
- Good customer and profit orientation;
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships;
- Very good communication and presenting skills;
- Fluent Czech and English skills;
- Driver license B category;

- Interesting and independent position in an international company;
- Attractive salary;
