Becoming a Sales Operations Specialist will provide you access to the world’s largest multinational organizations in order to learn business and commercial acumen, gain knowledge of sales skills, and develop presentation and communication skills.
A Sales Operations Specialist is an integral member of the sales team supporting some of the largest corporations in the world. These and others skills developed will be invaluable relative to career development whether advancement is within sales or some other area within the company. The main scope of your responsibilities should be:
• Be focal point for quotation requests and order form requests, taking responsibility to get this done within customer agreed KPI’s
• Improved CSAT rating and strong customer relationship through continuous contact with Account Associates and quality support
• Quote entry into the internal system and follow up status through the whole chain of the ordering process
• Timely and quality quote and order entry
• Reporting of KPI’s and performance of the quote/order process towards management and customers
• Proactive initiate improvement projects to improve the process, aim for Operational Excellence
