International Editorial/Database Manager

Main mission of the role:
• To have a strong relationship with the international contributors : help them to ensure that high quality information is being put onto axiome
• To have in-depth knowledge about the sales teams and sales support, either directly or via representatives.
• To be in constant contact with the writers/contributors (product managers) and marketing teams.

Main tasks of the role:
• Train new contributors in using Axiome, and to ensure that each new contributor can add their information and content into the Axiome back office
• Maintain high quality editing in his/her offers portfolio on Axiome via an existing editorial process , including the SAT process
• Help the marketing teams to write content on Axiome: coach the contributors in your offers portfolio so that the information on products and the sales tools are available on Axiome from the date that a product/service is launched
• Ensure that all offers in your portfolio, whether internal, external, or related generic content contain all the necessary information
• Validate the offers (and themed files and other content) and some specific documents before being published on Axiome
• Follow the contributors’ news articles and publish the contributors’ advertisements
• Help to animate the contributors’ community
• Drive and organize meetings with the contributors’ community (information on new updates to axiome, editorial supports, new editorial rules, sales team needs, their support requests)
• Create professional training materials (in several multimedia forms such as e-learning videos), and communications to manage this community from day to day
• Create a newsletter for the product managers
• Pass on the needs of the community to the head of axiome and if needed participate in some brainstorming on axiome’s functions
