Business Director (prospectively GM)

We are looking for a successful business manager with strong leadership skills.

The opened position of BUSINESS DIRECTOR has to develop prospectively towards GENERAL MANAGER of production plant (custom production, technical product, B2B segment).

Relevant candidate should have these experience, knowledge and skills:
- University degree
- Advanced knowledge of English (min. level B2)
- Min. 5 years working experience in sales and business development (production min. middle size company - technical product!, foreign company will be advantage)
- Technical back-ground/education will be an advantage
- Experience in people leadership, great soft-skills and appropriate human resources treatment
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (advanced EXCEL), ERP systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, customers oriented with focuse on business development and results, creating new strategies
- Flexibility, opened to travelling, driving licence
