Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job Responsibilities:
- solution analysis of consumer campaigns, using campaign management system with desktop/mobile in-application and email channels
- creation of use-cases, process maps, data flows, decision trees and other UML diagrams
- gathering business requirements and transformation into specification
- user acceptance test preparation, realization for projects and changes
- creation of work breakdown structure for campaign projects and sub deliveries
- identifying project/technical risks, providing mitigation actions, seeking for real-world solutions
- support of the projects execution and acceptance
- coordination of solution analytic team for complex projects
- responsible for proper status/progress reporting to project manager

- perfect knowledge of SW analysis
- good knowledge of reading and evaluating data
- experience with campaign management systems
- ability to write SQL queries, MS SQL and Teradata specific knowledge is an advantage
- min. 3 years experience as Analyst/Business IT analyst
- fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written), Czech language is an advantage
- University degree (IT preferred)
- strong customer orientation, ability to take personal responsibility for customer’s needs/requirements
- ability to effectively communicate and translate business subject matter into technical language, ability to listen well and ask clarifying questions when needed, ability to consolidate different positions into a single, unambiguous, shared specification, ability to write technical documentation simply, clearly and unambiguously
