Job Description:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd line of customer support for company telco products
- Configuring, troubleshooting and optimizing complex TCP/IP Networks and HW
- Authoring product documentation, knowledge documents and training, driving product improvements
- Cooperation with other teams on product improvements

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

- Very good knowledge of OS Unix/Linux (installation, configuration)
- Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Perl, Python)
- Knowledge of database administration and troubleshooting (Oracle, PL/SQL, database concepts)
- Understanding of load-balancing, firewalls, QoS, proxying, tunneling, Cisco routers, HP switches
- Basic orientation in a field of telecommunications
- ITIL certification is an advantage
- Fluent English (min. B2), knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
- At least 3-years experience with product/service support in IT/Telco
- High school/University degree in IT/Telco
- Analytical and problem solving skills, organized approach, proactive approach with a can-do attitude, flexibility
- Position is suitable also for foreigners
