Job description, responsibilities and duties
Role Description
Accountable for quality partnership agreements through training activities in line with business needs. To work with local teams to deliver commercial training and development programmes in accordance with local training needs in line with Global and European strategy for all Business Units.
Responsibilities
* Translate & reapprove global and European programmes to local requirements and secure local regulatory approval
* Appropriate involvement of local audits to ensure compliance of training processes
* Deliver programmes in accordance with country 'annual partnership agreement' and training schedule
* Localise global curriculum to match local business context and compliance regulations
* Secure local subject matter experts in delivery of programmes
* Design & manage brand and skills training programmes utilizing skilled subject matter experts
* Evaluate, analyse and advise the business on the impact of programmes delivered and agree sustainability plans
* Propose and phase local budget aligned to the training schedule and manage throughout the year
* Coordinate the logistics of Training Courses/Programs for Face to face (F2F) & Virtual Classroom Training (VCT)

* Excellent training delivery, presentation and facilitation skills - both 'face to face' and 'virtual' training
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and
