Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting Quality Regulatory Team in two areas:
1. VIGILANCE
- FSN/CIL processing
• split UAL (Unit Affected List)
• send UAL and documents to distributors
• preparation of customer letters
• distribution of customer letters
• checking response from distributor/customers
• updating FSN/CIL status excel sheet (Field Safety Notice/Customer Infromation Letter)
• saving all FSN/CIL related documents and communication to files on Q&R sharedrive
• updating the completion status of FCOs in excel sheet (Field Change Order)
2. Documentation and record control
• documentation and records filing
• certificate folders update and management
• paperwork distribution between the countries’ organizations
• any other administrative task as per local team request
Your profile
• University student; focus on Biomedicine or Quality will be a big advantage
• interested in working in an international environment, in the area of Quality & Regulatory concerning medical devices & home appliances
• Available to work at least 20 hrs/week during academic year
• Proactive and working independently
• Analitycal and focused on details and quality
• Comfortable using MsOffice, especially Excel
• Fluent in English and Czech
