  • You are responsible for working together with Account Managers to translate customer requirements into technical and financial solutions.
  • You understand the customers objectives and work as the bridge between sales and the Systems & Services Center to solidify ideas to reality and orders

Critical features
  • 5+ years of customer facing experience preferably in the Lighting industry or other complex technology business with proven ability to translate customer requirements into sellable/executable solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in technology capital financed equipment sales
  • Bachelor degree in business management/economy/ technology
  • Lighting designation or other professional certification
Key areas of responsibilities:
OPERATIONAL
  • Crafts lighting solutions, alongside sales, for customers by understanding the customers objectives and mapping their business requirements in an offering that delivers a cohesive value added lighting solution
  • Need to package solutions that include products, systems and services that are technically viable and wrapped with financial and deal structure offerings that are a win for customers and a win for Philips
FINANCIAL
  • Delivery of AOP Sales targets
CUSTOMER
  • Drives for high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Creates tailored solutions that deliver an improved lighting system that promotes productivity, safety, sustainability and enhanced outcomes
