Customer Service Officer

Your challenge

Order management (order fulfilling, process check)

To manage and improve the complaints process

Your responsibilities

  • Quotation management (stock information).
  • Order management, teaming up with sales department, the project support group in more complex projects
  • Internal counter parts of the sales rep, in more complex projects teaming up with other disciplines (e.g. the project support group / logistic coordinator).
  • Management of commercial relationships with customers. Handle their requirements and manage their orders up to day and including the delivery process in a pro-active way.
  • Monitoring and corrections of orders based on customer requests.
  • Releasing goods from the SAP to the logistic provider and their timely delivery to the place of destination.
  • Purchase orders creation and control.
  • Direct deliveries management from vendors.
  • Cooperation in PIPO - Product codes activation/ deletion
  • Providing with information to sales department and customers about order status, delivery terms and their changes.
  • Checking SAP operations as well as other needed operations in other programs (Lumen, Helios, CRS, and Salesforce.com).
  • Customer complaints handling including C/N and D/N creation.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly and upon request various types of reports and analyses creation and maintenance using SAP, Helios and related systems.
  • Technical complaints handling (CRS)
  • Operational management of returns at collection point within provider in Czech Republic / Slovakia

Critical Experiences:

  • Minimum Secondary education
  • Czech Language – Native or Fluent. English Language (intermediate)
  • MS office (user), SAP is an advantage
