Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will work with our Client Services team to get necessary context and prioritize requests from clients. You will work with analysts in the team to analyze the data and extract necessary findings that we offer to our clients to help them drive their business. The Data Science team will support you with advanced predictions and models, as well as – where necessary - with providing additional data for the analysis. You will come up with improvements for available data and data sources, analysis toolsets, as well as provide ideas for new directions for analysis. You will deliver reports via established analysis methods, as well as try new paths. You are working in a fast-moving, exciting environment with many development opportunities.

Job specification:
- Elicit requirements from clients on ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
- Prioritize and manage delivery of tasks across multiple teams
- Prepare reports for existing and potential partners and deliver results, findings, and interpretations
- Prepare reports on general findings and trends to be published in our knowledge base and in webinars
- Provide input on necessary data gathering improvements in the core system or on external data sources
- Bring up ideas for new analysis directions and prototype new analysis paths
- Automate the production of regular reports with the help of the Data Science and other teams

Our customers are seeking ways to improve their paid content strategy. The Analysis of content monetization potential is a relatively new field and offers exciting opportunities in terms of knowledge mining. We are looking into content consumption and user behavior trends over detailed data to produce actionable insights for our customers. We have a large data sets from more than 600 sites in the publishing industry across the globe, generating in excess of one billion Page Views per month. We are looking for an Analysis Lead for our Analytics team reporting to the Head of Analytics.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Degree in information technology, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, social sciences, or equivalent

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- +5 years of experience working in an Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting team
- Strong analytical skills
- Methodical and thorough
- Knowledge using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Preference for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings to match the time zone of US customers
- Occasional travel to clients or company events
