Job description, responsibilities and duties

We need a well organised, approachable Administrator to provide first class administrative and project support to our busy Regulatory Affairs team. This varied administrative role will involve everything from carrying out clerical work, coordinating client visits, producing progress & status reports, and creating and maintaining advanced tracking spreadsheets.


To be successful as an Administrative Associate, you must have superior interpersonal, organisational and PC skills (Excel a must and MS Project a plus), attention to detail as well as the ability to learn fast and integrate well into project teams. Administrators with previous experience in a clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment are considered a real plus.
