Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Overview
We are a long well established International Retail Group based in London, with a renowned brand. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer with previous background in sales/customer service/security to work in an exciting location in Prague.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
The Company prides itself on its commitment to provide a customer centred service to all new and existing clients, whilst continuously maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and security.
You will be liaising with clients on a one to one basis, answering their queries and requests, and will need to be friendly and approachable to ensure all client relationships are established and maintained.

Your duties will include:
• Providing a first class customer focused service & securing great customer retention
• Ensure correct documentation at commencement and making amendments when required
• Customer validation through the contact of vendors
• Assist probate attorneys and revenue officers when required for audits
• Stringent security checks including documentation and identification
• Preparation and overseeing of contract rental agreements
• Issuance of boxes, ensure correct procedures at all times.
• Remittance of fees
• Accurate financial recording & Administration

You will be expected to keep accurate records by retaining signature cards, rental agreements, payment receipts, and access logs. Security is paramount, vigilance, observation skills and an aptitude for detail is required to complete and execute documentation or identification in an accurate manner.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Upper intermediate (B2)

The business operational hours are 24/7 with a 3 shift rota, this position will consist of working any of the 5 shifts of 7, the shifts and hours will vary according to business needs. Applicants must be able to fulfil all shift patterns.
A security background check will be carried out prior to commencement of this role.
