Customer Service and Logistic Coordinator

For our client, company, which is a world leading manufacturer of single-use surgical and wound care products and a service provider to the health care sector, we are looking for an Customer Service and Logistic Coordinator

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Act as a key interface between customers, sales organization, DC in Waremme, transporter company.
To ensure that the process from customer order to delivery is efficient, that the stock level is optimal and corresponds to the business needs keeping in mind cash flow and working capital targets.

KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES
• Receive and process orders, inquiries and complaints
• Proactively co-operate with sales team and other internal/external organizations
• Ensure that deliveries are performed according to customer expectations in order to achieve full satisfaction of each individual customer in cooperation with local transporters.
• Continuously provide relevant information about the customer

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Fluent English, Czech
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience within logistics process
• SAP experience
• IT usage
