Order Administrator

For our client, a fast growing, international software development company, we are seeking an Order Administrator responsible for managing orders, processing system and customer details. This position require accuracy, attention to detail and computer knowledge.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verifying order details, resolving incorrect pricing and customer details.
• Entering customer and order details into internal order processing system, processing of orders.
• Maintaining and keeping up-to-date customer details in the internal order processing system.
• Reporting errors related to the order processing to development team.
• Communication with customers concerning orders.
• Interacting with accounts receivable regarding payments.
• Communication with sales team representatives in regards to orders.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Qualification/ Skills/ Experience Requirements:

• University degree or high school diploma.
• B2 – C1 level English (fluent speaker).
• Fluency in additional languages a plus.
• Strong English writing skills and reasonable proficiency with MS Office and internet.
• Good PC skills including ability to type with all ten fingers and learn to use new applications as needed.
• Customer service orientation.
• Previous experience in a sales related team is a plus.
• Good communication skills as well as a pleasant telephone manner.
• Flexibility as well as the ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues and customers and manage time and workload independently.
• Ability to communicate with people from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds, ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere in the office.
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
