Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client, international company in the education management field with their office in Prague, we are seeking for a suitable candidates to recruit an Office Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the office management and liaising with local providers, including coordination and booking of vendors for visitors and/or staff
• Responsible for Accounts Payable related tasks such as invoice validation and payment, serving as the liaising with local bank, accounting and tax consultants
• Assist in the development, management and cost control of the operational budget through identification and implementation of cost measures
• Serve as the HR admin concerning contracts, legal documents and information to payroll and Czech legal authorities
• Participate, as assigned, in program activities, trips as well as arrival events
• Be on the staff cell phone rotation for after office hours student emergencies

Requirements:
• 5+ years experiences in an Office/HR Management
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience handling legal documents and preparing budgets
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in successful situations and to make efficient and timely decisions
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on a specific task
• Pro-active and forward thinking
• Produce accurate, timely and detail-oriented work
• Outgoing personality
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times
• Act as a resource for the staff and students
• Be knowledgeable of the city and its cultural/leisure offer
