Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client, partner of Hewlett – Packard, we are looking for new candidates for position Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities
•Responsible for territory revenue growth in a country/region. The territory is defined as a number of End Users from SMB.
•Manages End users focus within territory by coaching, educating and supporting those partners to position, offer and deploy HP products and services.
•Manages funnel growth, funnel conversion and End user sales performance within territory including opportunity/deal management
•Recruits new End users and maintains relationship with current business partners in order to establish a tight connection with the sales channel
•Acts as a business advisor builds business plan with the End users/Business partners to ensure collaboration is profitable for both parties
• Achieves quarterly and annual goals

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

We require
•College, university degree or equal education, ideally in a Business Administrative environment or IT
• From 6 months up to 1 year sales or customer service experience, preferably within a contact center or fast moving sales environment, IT sector experience is a plus
•Excellent relationship building skills and strong communication skills (verbal & written)
•Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration and motivation
•Fluency in English and the native language of the target market is a must
