For our client,with cost efficient purchasing, in-house manufacturing and more than 30 companies world-wide, the Bufab Group is one of the world leading suppliers of Fasteners/Small parts to demanding customers in several different industrial segments. The business concept is to develop, manufacture, purchase, market and handle a broad range of Fasteners/Small parts. Efficiently distributed on various logistical platforms. In-house manufactured products accounts for 20% of the revenues and the remaining is outsourced to world leading manufacturers, standard fasteners as well as special fasteners such as cold forged parts, bar turned parts, sheet metal parts, plastic parts, rubber parts and assembled parts., we are looking for Project Sales Manager / Business Unit Manager



Requirements:


Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution

Experience in Sales or Operations Management in technical industry is an advantage

High energy and enthusiasm for work

Strong business development skills

To be ready for frequent business trips

Strong ability to positively influence others. Creative thinker. Team Builder. High degree of professionalism

Strong planning/project management skills

Fluent English

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Responsibilities:


Active search for new B2B customers within given region and industry

Creation of competitive offers utilizing Group purchasing organization

Introduction of new customers until first deliveries are approved

Building long lasting business relationships with customers

Increasing sales revenues with active customers by offering wider range of products and services

Ensure that all QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives are met for given customers

Provide technical support to the customers

Manage Customer Focus Sales Team
