Product Specialist – Surgical - South East Europe

• Introduce and present our product range to our target groups in hospitals
• Keep and develop existing customers by providing outstanding service, including professional advice as well as clinical and technical support
• Demonstrate MHC’s products and explain and monitor their correct and effective usage to end-users
• Conduct product trials in the operating theatres of the customer
• Support the tender process
• Communicate product news to distributors
• Advise distributors on the product selection to define the right commercial offer
• Compile Custom Procedure Tray offers and advise on components
• Enhance the distributors’ professional and technical expertise through training of the sales force
• Be knowledgeable about market trends, competitors’ products as well as customer needs in order to provide accurate information to Product Managers and optimize our offering
• Supervise and coordinate studies and research projects in local markets
• Approx. 60% of travel required within the geography South East Europe
