Housing Advisor

We require:

• Preferably Real Estate experience or Hotel Management experience
• Customer oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Czech native speaker
• Autonomous
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good judgment
• Mature personality
Detail oriented
• Highly stressed resistant
• Flexible

Job description:

• Provide high quality services when responding to student inquiries and requests.
• Manage and solve student complaints and repair requests.
• Work with repair technicians, cleaning service and landlords.
• Communicate and enforce CEA expectations and standards (CEA Code of Conduct, Housing Policies)
• Coordinate housing operations, maintenance and administrative functions.
• Run housing errands.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Assist in social events and excursions organized by CEA.
