CMS Specialist (Hybrid working model)

For our client, an innovative leader in the HVAC industry, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of CMS Specialist.

Job Description:

• Act as the main contact for CMS-related queries across EMEA markets
• Manage, maintain, and optimize the company is content management system (Typo3) to ensure functionality and performance
• Support regional teams with content updates, layout consulting, and publishing workflows
• Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand and SEO guidelines across all EMEA websites
• Coordinate with internal teams and external developers to implement new templates, modules, and platform improvements
• Monitor and improve website performance in terms of usability, accessibility, and SEO
• Deliver user training, maintain documentation, and provide ongoing support to CMS users
• Collaborate with IT and marketing stakeholders on CMS projects, feature rollouts, and web migrations
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, accessibility regulations, and data protection requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor is degree in Marketing, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience with CMS platforms such as Typo3, WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with CMS customization and module/plugin management
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across international teams
• Creativity and attention to detail in content layout and user journey optimization
• Proficiency in English
