Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our client, an innovative leader in the HVAC industry, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of CMS Specialist.
Job Description:
- Act as the main contact for CMS-related queries across EMEA markets
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the company is content management system (Typo3) to ensure functionality and performance
- Support regional teams with content updates, layout consulting, and publishing workflows
- Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand and SEO guidelines across all EMEA websites
- Coordinate with internal teams and external developers to implement new templates, modules, and platform improvements
- Monitor and improve website performance in terms of usability, accessibility, and SEO
- Deliver user training, maintain documentation, and provide ongoing support to CMS users
- Collaborate with IT and marketing stakeholders on CMS projects, feature rollouts, and web migrations
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, accessibility regulations, and data protection requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor is degree in Marketing, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience with CMS platforms such as Typo3, WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
- Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with CMS customization and module/plugin management
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across international teams
- Creativity and attention to detail in content layout and user journey optimization
- Proficiency in English
