Are you interested in developing and leading a business unit of a successful company providing executive development to international senior executives?
Presidents Institute was established in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2005. We create exclusive peer groups for senior executives and board members through our networking groups for senior executives called Directors Club. This network has developed into an international community with presence in Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Germany and Chile, and we are now expanding our services further to new countries – Czech and Slovak Republics.
Therefore we are now looking for high-performing Country Manager of Czech or Slovak origin. We expect the Country Manager to bring along a large network of senior executives from various industries to successfully introduce Directors Club to these two countries. As a Country Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth strategies starting from lead generation to sales and delivery of the services, as well as the methods and action plans required to achieve your financial targets.

THE POSITION

You will be introduced to our business concept and our services. After a proper introduction you will be equipped to the responsibility for setting up Presidents Institute operations and developing your market.

You will be responsible for both developing strategies and ensuring delivery excellence in all operational business areas (Sales, Delivery and Research). You will develop and manage a team of successful employees within each unit. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction among Directors Club members in your area, and you will establish Presidents Institute as the market leader within the industry.

You must meet operational and developmental KPIs within areas such as member acquisition, member retention, member satisfaction, operational margins and key financial performance indicators.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Significant experience with an excellent track record of managing and growing business and revenue in local market
• The capability to plan, execute and manage at both strategic and operational level
• A minimum of 10 years’ proven track record as a senior manager/senior executive
• A focus on service and customer satisfaction
• Extensive understanding of the executive development landscape in your country, including competitive information, key trends, opportunities and threats
• Extensive people management experience with the ability to motivate and lead through example
• The ability to successfully manage a diverse team of Sales, Research and Delivery professionals
• The ability to relentlessly plan, execute and follow up on strategies and operational KPIs
• An understanding of the need for quality in the delivery to members
• You are a Czech or Slovak native speaker, speak and understand English - additional languages would be an advantage
• Work experience in Executive Search, Executive training or setting up events for senior executives would be an advantage
