representation of the Butique manager in the absence
provide an exceptional level of customer service and excellent product knowledge
operational management of the boutique with turnover and budget responsibility
leading, managing, and coaching of the sales team
competentand professional advising of the customers as well as active selling and representing the brand
conceptionand organizational marketing, in-store events and execution of regular promotional activities

Personality requirements and skills

potential to be also a Boutique Manager in midterm or long run
first leadership experience as a shift leader, Assistant Boutique Manager
excellent customer service and selling skills
excellent English and Czech skills
role model and ability to train people
must be willing to work shifts
