Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- prioritize collection activities in order to maximize cash collection
- use technical tools to scan customer information
- contact customers in overdue situation and determine the reasons for non-payment
- coordinate with Sales and Service departments
- manage blocking accounts through weekly calls with Sales & service te
- negotiate the unpaid merchandise return
- monitor the accounts "on delivery" or payment in advance
- coordinate with customer credit rating agencies

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

We require:

- advaced level of English and French as well
- at least 2 years of experiemce with cash collection or customer care
- very good communication and organisation skills, responsibility
- user level of MS Office
- knowledge of Oracle is advantage
- taste for engagement and challenge
