Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a candidate with following skills:

• At least 4 years of enterprise scale Microsoft Windows Server (2003, 2008, 2012) practical experience with Windows systems management, deployment, troubleshooting, change management and root cause analysis from large organization (permanent job, or long-term project).
• Experience in Wintel area are necessary + ideally in combination with another technologies or areas (e.g.: Networking; Storages; Apache etc.)
• Must have understanding of aspects of ICT infrastructure technologies; overview in ares: networking, security, storage and virtualization technologies (VMWARE ESX/Windows Hyper-V).
• Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and associated infrastructure services (DHCP, DNS, Group Policies).
• Knowledge of ITIL principles OR experienced in ITIL v3 processes (at least Change, Config, Incident)
• Experience from global projects and enterprise environment are beneficial.
• Fluency (written and spoken) in English, other languages an asset.
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
• In context of IT service delivery is part of this work: creation of documentation, mapping of processes, communication with customer, participation in projects etc.
• GxP environment experience will be beneficial
