Job description, responsibilities and duties

For my client in Prague - medium size international company specialized in IT outsourcing for large scale corporations, I am looking for Senior process analyst with experience in creating process documentation for service management.

Job description
• Documentation of process and work flows
• Facilitating workshops with SME's
• Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
• Identifying issues and risks
• Identifying the current state of processes;
• Facilitating stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new process designs

Desired profile
• 8 years of experience in similar role
• Strong background in service management processes - ideally from large scale organisation
• ITIL certification advantage
• Experience with Service Management process development in complex organization (incl. interviews and workshops with service owners, process description and document writing)
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills
• Fluent in English
